Bright orange peel and warm pomander open the door, then melt into soft woods, autumn spice, and just enough earthy patchouli to make the whole thing feel old, warm, and slightly mysterious. It’s cozy without being sugary and nostalgic without smelling like a craft store exploded.
Think creaky floorboards, an old fireplace, dried oranges hanging in the kitchen, blankets piled on the sofa, and that particular October light that makes you seriously consider abandoning modern society for a 200-year-old house with questionable plumbing.
Made for rainy afternoons, soup on the stove, sweaters indoors, and romanticizing a house that would absolutely need $80,000 worth of electrical work.

Because apparently seasonal depression looks better with original hardwood floors.
