Products & Handmade Goods
We do our best to accurately describe and photograph our products. Because many Salt & Sage items are handmade, hand-painted, grown, gathered, or produced in small batches, natural variations are part of what makes them unique.
Colors, textures, finishes, shapes, and other details may vary slightly from the photographs shown on our website.
These variations are not considered defects.
3D-Printed & Hand-Painted Items
Our 3D-printed and hand-painted pieces are individually produced and finished, which means no two will be exactly alike.
Small variations in layer lines, texture, paint placement, brushwork, or finish are normal characteristics of the handmade process.
3D-printed, hand-painted, personalized, and custom-made items are final sale, except when an item arrives damaged or defective.
Product Availability
Many Salt & Sage products are made or offered in small batches. Availability may change without notice, and placing an item in your cart does not guarantee availability until your order has been successfully completed.
We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.
Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other order costs will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Orders of $100 or more qualify for free standard shipping where offered through our website.
Payment must be successfully processed before an order is fulfilled.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We'll do our best to help, but because orders may begin processing shortly after they're placed—and made-to-order pieces may already be in production—we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled once work has begun or the order has shipped.

Custom Orders
